This training is included in every occupational training! Job readiness training prepares job-seekers to excel in the modern-day workforce. This training covers life skills for working environments, obstacles in the workplace, and holds workshops to get you ready for the hiring process.
TRAINING DETAILS
Our week-long Job Readiness training is a comprehensive overview of social emotional learning dialed in to helping individuals create and define their professional persona. This engaging training is interactive and informational giving people a safe space to develop and discuss how to work with different personalities, how to resolve conflict, communicate, and listen to each other. By the end of the week, participants will have an updated professional resume, be trained and practiced in interviewing skills, and have an established elevator pitch to share with potential employers. Our goal is build confidence and pride in everyone’s professional presentation both on paper and in person.
