Nekia Robinson is a diversely skilled nonprofit leader and the Chief Program Officer at SERJobs, specializing in strategic planning, program management, relationship building, and organizational advancement.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Nekia brings extensive experience in grant writing, research, finance and budgeting, program and training oversight, and compliance. As a former educator, she excels at facilitating dynamic professional development training to help individuals grow and tap into their “why.”

In her current leadership role, she oversees all program initiatives and stakeholder engagement aligned with SERJobs’ mission, vision, and values. Nekia’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her selection to numerous leadership programs, including Rice University’s Leadership in Action Program (2024), the Inaugural Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Global Leadership Institute (2023), and the Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership Program with The George Foundation (2022).
